Add seconds to a time

Write a function IncTime(h, m, s, t) that adds $t$ seconds to a time given in hours, minutes and seconds. The time wraps around within a day: $23$:$59$:$59$ plus $1$ second is $0$:$0$:$0$.

A single line with four integers $h$, $m$, $s$, $t$ ($0 \le h \le 23$, , ).

A single line with three numbers: the new hours, minutes and seconds.

The simplest way is to convert the time to seconds: $h \cdot 3600 + m \cdot 60 + s + t$, take the remainder modulo $86400$ and split it back into hours, minutes and seconds. In the first example: 4 13 20.
