Sign function

Write a function sign(x) that returns the sign of an integer $x$: $1$ if $x > 0$, $0$ if $x = 0$, $-1$ if $x < 0$. Using it, find the sign of each of the $n$ given numbers.

The first line contains $n$ ($1 \le n \le 1000$). The second line contains $n$ integers ($|x_i| \le 10^9$).

A single line with $n$ numbers: $-1$, $0$ or $1$.

A function is a named piece of code: it takes an input value (a parameter) and returns a result (return). Instead of writing the same computation several times, you write it once as a function and call it where needed.
