How many times a substring occurs

You are given two strings $s$ and $t$. Find how many times $t$ occurs in $s$. Occurrences may overlap: aa occurs three times in aaaa (starting at positions 1, 2 and 3).

The first line contains $s$ and the second line contains $t$, each of $1$ to $1000$ ASCII characters. $t$ has no spaces, $s$ may have them.

A single integer — the number of occurrences.

For every position of $s$ compare the piece of length $|t|$ with $t$. In the first example aba starts at positions 1, 3 and 5 — the answer is $3$. If $t$ is longer than $s$, the answer is $0$.
