Sum over a range

Write a function Range(A, B) that returns the sum of all integers in $[A; B]$; if $A > B$, it returns $0$. Using it, find Range(a, b) and Range(b, c) for the numbers $a$, $b$, $c$.

A single line with three integers $a$, $b$, $c$ ($|a|, |b|, |c| \le 10^6$).

A single line with two numbers: Range(a, b) and Range(b, c).

In the first example: Range(3, 8) $= 3 + 4 + \ldots + 8 = 33$, and Range(8, 5) $= 0$ because $$.
