Coordinate quadrant

A point $(x, y)$ is given on the plane; it does not lie on the coordinate axes. Find which quadrant it is in. Quadrants are numbered counterclockwise: I — $x > 0, y > 0$; II — $x < 0, y > 0$; III — $x < 0, y < 0$; IV — $x > 0, y < 0$.

A single line with two integers $x$ and $y$ ($1 \le |x|, |y| \le 10^9$).

A single number from $1$ to $4$ — the quadrant number.

There are four cases, each a combination of two conditions — write them as an if / else if chain or nested ifs.
